Week 7 – Jayne fitness mission

WEIGHT: 83.5Kg – for a week that included Pancake Day, I’m rather pleased to only see a 0.2Kg rise on last week

STEP COUNT: I have the rest of today and tomorrow left of my weekly Fitbit challenge to hit 100,000 steps. And it is doable. I’m on over 73,000 steps and it’s not even 10:00. Feel I’ve been more consistent this week, though my calves are super tight. Any and all recommendations for good calf stretches and at home massage greatly appreciated!
